Through the acquisition of a specialized service, we were able to conduct an in-depth analysis of the company’s conditions, identifying not only the business structure across various areas but also the internal organization within individual departments, reviewing roles and responsibilities according to the company’s needs.
The most evident consequence of this revision is a company with a more agile pyramidal structure, where communications occur clearly and quickly, avoiding misunderstandings and back-and-forth typical of companies with a flat organizational chart.
Among the highlighted results are a new strategic decision-making capability, much faster than the previous organization but also more carefully considered as it’s based on a new reporting system (both actual and projected) made possible by the new structure.
The introduction of business intelligence has ultimately allowed for cross-referencing data from various sources (administration, demographics, economic, financial, production data, etc.) and easily generating reports directly usable in decision-making processes.
In summary, therefore, the project has enabled a redefinition of:
competencies of each collaborator, specified in the new organizational chart;
roles of responsibility;
workflow, now codified and proceduralized;
organization methods for commercial activities following new procedures.
