Action 1.1.2 DGR n. 1966 of December 23, 2019  <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7290b3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e7290b3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCall for support for the \u201cpurchase of innovation services by\u201d SMEs\nSupport Application ID 10272254\nFinancial support granted: \u20ac 6,000.00\n\nThrough the acquisition of a specialized service, we were able to conduct an in-depth analysis of the company&#8217;s conditions, identifying not only the business structure across various areas but also the internal organization within individual departments, reviewing roles and responsibilities according to the company&#8217;s needs.\nThe most evident consequence of this revision is a company with a more agile pyramidal structure, where communications occur clearly and quickly, avoiding misunderstandings and back-and-forth typical of companies with a flat organizational chart.\nAmong the highlighted results are a new strategic decision-making capability, much faster than the previous organization but also more carefully considered as it&#8217;s based on a new reporting system (both actual and projected) made possible by the new structure.\nThe introduction of business intelligence has ultimately allowed for cross-referencing data from various sources (administration, demographics, economic, financial, production data, etc.) and easily generating reports directly usable in decision-making processes.\n\nIn summary, therefore, the project has enabled a redefinition of:\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"color:#000 !important;\">competencies of each collaborator, specified in the new organizational chart;<\/li>\n \t<li>roles of responsibility;<\/li>\n \t<li>workflow, now codified and proceduralized;<\/li>\n \t<li>organization methods for commercial activities following new procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AGREATERREGION POR FESR 2014-2020 Axis 1.
