Advertising Specialist

The communication world is full of titles, so here are some elements to help you evaluate if we’re the right fit for you.

What Will You Do at OCALAB?

    • You’ll manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) optimizing them to maximize ROI
    • You’ll define and manage Social Ads campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) creating targeted and data-driven strategies
    • You’ll monitor and analyze performance with detailed reports and strategic insights
    • You’ll collaborate with the creative and strategic team to develop effective advertising assets
    • You’ll design social strategies to best integrate paid and organic
    • Looking ahead, you can grow to become head of the advertising department

What’s Required?

    • At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising management
    • In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads…)
    • Creativity and strategic approach, with a strong results orientation

  • CV selection: we will only contact people who demonstrate
    o Having 2 years of experience in adv campaigns;
    o Living (residence or domicile is fine) within 30 km of our office because it’s essential for us that you don’t spend your days in the car;

Apologizing in advance, we notify that those who don’t meet these characteristics won’t receive feedback because we receive hundreds of CVs (often completely off job description) and, not having a dedicated HR person, we can’t manage to do it.

  • First interview (in person or video call, your choice): with a team member to get to know each other better, align our expectations and understand if we can embark on a journey together. At the end, we’ll notify all candidates about the outcome of this phase.
  • Aptitude test by Amajor: for those selected after the first meeting. What do we need it for? This test profiles your habits and abilities and is fundamental for us to understand what your strengths are to enhance and what type of training plan we should create specifically for you. We GEESE all do it every 3 years.
  • A day as a goose: have you ever heard of it? You can’t get an idea of a person and a reality with just an interview and an aptitude test, you need to experience it a bit. Candidates who reach this phase (normally 3 candidates) will be invited for 1 day at the agency to experience working with us to get to know each other better and understand how we can work together. One day isn’t enough to discover talent, but it can help see the potential that can be expressed.

Its Purpose:

Driving force for OCALAB’s future development. Must convey OCALAB’s value and vision in the market, capturing target clients’ interest.
Must make leads dream and convey the importance of the OCA method.
Has the goal of selling the strategic project and facilitates the post-strategy account integration.

Their Responsibilities:

  • Bringing in target clients as per commercial strategy
  • Achievement of lead generation objectives
  • Achievement of annual budgets

Activities Performed

  • Research target dream companies to contact and present OCALAB
  • preparation and participation in trade shows
  • participation in events for entrepreneurs or marketing professionals for networking
  • creating quotes that will then be drafted by the back office and presenting offers to clients
  • CRM management and reporting
  • post-strategy presentation of the account

Required Skills:

  • Sales DNA with at least 2 years experience (preferably in a service company or project sales)
  • Reliability

WEB, UI/UX DESIGNER

Our web and software department is becoming increasingly important (it will soon have its own BRAND) and we’re looking for a web designer to integrate who can combine technique with creativity. If leadership and team coordination skills also emerge, it will be possible to build a growth path in the role of Web Team Leader.

What kind of person are we looking for? If you answer “yes” to at least 3 questions then it’s worth having a coffee together:

  2. Does being a web designer mean designing the perfect custom home for each client?

2 FUNDAMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
